“A Case On Capri” is the first in a new series of murder mysteries by Anders de la Motte, writing for the first time with his wife Anette.

The series, called “Murder Under The Sun” begins on the Italian Amalfi coast, with book one taking place on the beautiful island of Capri. It follows history teacher Hugo Lind and tour arranger Lara Belmonte as they try to unravel a mysterious death at the foot of the Salto di Tiberio cliffs. And of course it also features a cast of colourful characters, sunny locations and delicious Italian dishes!

It was great fun painting this cover in vintage style, a sunny, picturesque scene, but with a subtle hint of menace thrown in. The illustration is painted in acrylic paint and the front and the back make up one continuous image.
