Front cover illustration for the album “Bodensia” by Mattias Alkberg.

The album was named after a hotel in Boden in the north of Sweden, and in my cover illustration I set it down in a fantastical science fiction landscape.

The illustration was an acrylic painting, and I drew a lot of inspiration from the science fiction illustrator Chesley Bonestell.
