Accidents and injuries are a part of childhood, and it is often other children who are closest at hand when they happen. “First Aid For Young Heroes” is a first aid book aimed directly at children, and features 16 scenarios of the kind of situations that might occur, from a splinter in the foot to a broken leg to a heart attack. Each scenario has explanations, diagrams and exercises designed to give children confidence and knowhow to prevent a bad situation getting worse, or even save someone’s life.

”First Aid For Young Heroes” is written by Doctor Jakob Ratz Endler with veteran children’s author Mats Wänblad, and is fully illustrated throughout with more than 100 full-colour illustrations. The illustrations were made with a brush and ink on paper, then coloured digitally.
