Children have always been accused of reading the wrong things or not reading enough. This article for DN Lördag investigates what s really happening: Are they really reading less, or just reading in different ways? And haven’t parents always disapproved of what their children are reading (despite what they were reading themselves when they were younger)?

My illustrations take snapshots 30 years apart, where the criticised children become the critical parents. The illustrations were drawn with a brush and ink on paper, then coloured digitally.
