Illustration for Svensk Polis, the magazine of the Swedish police force, to accompany an award-winning short story by a former officer. The story concerns the death of an 8 year old Palestinian girl at the hands of a relative, and the after effects on the attending officer.

The image was drawn in pencil, then combined with a gouache painting for the colours.
